1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the VitalPulse Fitness website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on VitalPulse Fitness's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modifying or copying the materials
Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

3. Membership Terms

All memberships are subject to the following terms:

Membership is non-transferable and valid for the registered member only
A one-time entrance fee of $2,500 is required at registration
Monthly fees are due on the first day of each month
Members must cancel 30 days in advance to avoid billing
Cancellation must be made in writing
Members agree to follow all facility rules and gym policies

4. Health and Safety

By using VitalPulse Fitness facilities and services, you represent that you are physically fit and have no health conditions that would be adversely affected by physical exercise. Members should:

Consult a physician before beginning any fitness program
Use equipment properly and according to instructions
Report any injuries or unsafe conditions immediately
Follow all safety guidelines and trainer instructions

5. Assumption of Risk

Physical fitness activities carry inherent risks of injury. VitalPulse Fitness is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our facilities or services, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Facility Rules

All members agree to follow facility rules including:

Proper attire and closed-toe athletic shoes required
No photography or video recording of other members
Return all equipment to proper storage after use
Respect the rights and safety of other members
No outside food or beverages except water
Maximum 2-hour facility usage per visit

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Entrance fees are non-refundable. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable, but members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not relieve members of payment obligations for the current month.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VitalPulse Fitness or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VitalPulse Fitness's website, even if VitalPulse Fitness or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

The materials appearing on VitalPulse Fitness's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. VitalPulse Fitness makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, VitalPulse Fitness does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Internet or relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
